Okay, so it may just be that I'm a little frustrated with getting out bid at the last second of an action, but I'd love to see a counter that will actually change. Refreshing the page is fine, but if I just bid, it will cause a resubmission and end up with me bidding the same amount again.

I don't know if this is possible, or if there's a reason to not having it live, but I thought I would make the suggestion.

if this is possible, i'd love to see it come into play

also i understand the point of the auction is to be fast at bidding but the site does lag sometimes, and it's a little difficult to bid properly when half the time we could spend bidding is spent reloading the page to see the time left

Agreed. I'm glad the bids come up real time, but it doesn't help if you have no idea that you only have half a second to come up with a number to add.

I think we already had a thread like this... but they keep disappearing because only page 1 is shown, so it's good someone started it again.

BTT: Full support, although I'm afraid it may start to lag like they live update at the lab :/

Actually I added a "page navigator" to the bottom of the subforums earlier today. About 14 hours ago.

But I think it wasn't that obvious :D Now I also added it to the top.

Related to this topic: I'm going to change the "Add to your bid" button to a "Update bid"-button tomorrow (actually tomorrow starts in a few minutes). But of course it won't be possible to decrease your current bid.
