Because I can not afford a new phone. The one I have now is not compatible for the game.
Are there more people like me on here? To be honest, this is basically a reason why I fled to this site. Got to keep myself busy ;) (Y)

I'm have to old android too.. but I wanna try it on my tablet when it will return from repair.. Hope it's will work :S

I'm kind of stuck with a nokia phone, it's not android or IOS and I prefer to keep my money for upcoming pokémon and Batman games haha

Yeah, my android's too old as well. And I'm not gonna spend money worth a lot of groceries on a new phone just so I could play the game. Being surrounded by the hype and not being able to play yourself is pretty soul-crushing though. x[

@ Maz-Magicial : Haha, oh boy, for me this is also a replacement for GPX+ ..couldn't get on it anymore

@Finhawk : I have to agree there, I will not spend that money on something expensive while my phone still works :/ even then if it was broken...I'd still go cheap. And it is indeed soul crushing :c

Im kinda not able to play it.. i have played a little but im limited since the phone i used to play it has no mobile internet stuff.. so i cant go outside

But i did just wander around inside and i caught 12 pokemon All weedle pidgey eevee and a single venonat
So yeah.. i guess its for the best so that my face isn't glued to playing the game 24/7 (I dont think i could do that anyway)
First i didn't know what to put in here but then..
Here we go
First of all my goal is to get shiny manaphy and the shiny game center dogs

Well that's in a way a good thing but still sucks tho haha
Altho people don't have to have their faces glued to the screen since the phone vibrates aparently when a pokemon is nearby. But ah well

Oh hey, you people with an android too old: I actually got the game working on my phone by following the instructions on this video. I did however have trouble getting the game to find the GPS and logging in at first and it's somewhat laggy. But it works. : D (I have android 4.2.2)

(I couldn't find anything unwanted that might've found its way to my device with that file I downloaded but if you want to try this yourself, do so at your own risk. If it turns out there was something malicious with it or something else goes wrong if you try this out, I'm not responsible for any of it.)

...There's no pokemon here in the middle of nowhere though so there's not much I can do. :,D

My cousin cant play pokemon go to much cause he has a tablet. Instead he has to play on his dad's phone but his dad is usally working.

I don't have Pokemon GO either since I don't have a smartphone.

I dunno if I want one, I think I'd keep forgetting how to use it.

I have the app, but it isn't all that it's hyped up to be! I'm surrounded by fields so all I catch are the same Pokemon over and over again. PokeHeroes is way better :D
