I have an iPad so I am here to tell you that it is not impossible xD unless yours is broken. In which case if you have a broken problem outside of the site then a suggestion shouldn't be made for your broken device.

This isn't fighting, this is a suggestion thread. No one is yelling or screaming or swearing, people can disagree.

I am trying to provide a simple work around for this suggestion that is less wasteful of time. Whereas Mojoryan is trying to convince me this suggestion is good with reasons I don't understand.

That is not fighting, I don't get why people think people disagreeing is fighting.

I already told you the bad sides: making someone else do all the work for a suggestion that isn't necessary. By someone I mean Riako. Also this suggestion doesn't better the site. This suggestion won't help anyone. It's only intent is to say "Someone bid this much" and that to me isn't worth enough effort to make when you can see how much someone bid on your own. I'd if people cared that much about who bid and how much, they'd check.

So it isn't so much "what is bad about the suggestion" it is more "this suggestion isn't worth the effort being put in" which is bad. In my opinion anyway.

I'd honestly rather see new features on this site, not updates to already existing features....well unless those updates fix a problem and as far as I can tell there's nothing to be fixed in this case.

It's really not that hard to go to the auction page you know :/

I don't really see the point in this because you're just gonna get a notification at the end of the auction anyway.

And I agree with Angell, I'd much rather see new features over updates too, I don't see anything to be fixed here.

No support. It may be 'nice' to know for some people but when you go by majority rules, not many people would think that was the greatest feature ever and actually appreciate it as much as bigger, better and more useful features added to the site.

please keep the debate of an idea to the actual point - riako has implemented small features before - this does not mean he will implement every small feature that's suggested, but it's up to him to decide this and the discussion should be based on whether it will be an asset to the site, not if it 'takes too long to do', as i'm sure riako will take the ideas and prioritize them as he sees fit

No support. It seems like too much of a bother. You'll get your money when you get your money. You don't need to know when each person bids because it's going to be money in your pocket anyway. Also for reasons previously mentioned.
