to go in to the tall grass with your battle pokemon en fight other poke not to catch but for xp and if the pokemon is holding an item you get it when defeated,

No support.
As stated numerous times by countless users, PH is not a site that needs more battling features. It is inherently an adoptable site.
Not only that, but this suggestion is not very well explained.
- How would the level of the wild pokemon be decided?
- What kind of items would the pokemon hold?
- How would it integrate with the Tall Grass mechanic we have now?
