i think it would be better if there was a list of gems, with the price next to it so you could fairly trade for pd and nuggets or other gems of the same value

You already can check for the prices of different gems in price check, so no support.

Adding onto what DaikeXx said already, there are no 'set' prices for anything. The Price Check gives a general idea on what most users would pay/have paid for each thing, but it all depends on the seller/buyer. You can value things however you'd like, but not always will it be guaranteed to sell.
