There should be something that says- "Why do you want to block this user?" You shouldn't block people for no reason at all.

No support. You may not want to say your reason for blocking. Plus, you may not want to have to type the reason out/click a box with possible options. You may end up not liking a user due to them being rude to a friend, and you may not want to express that.

But what if someone just blocked you for no reason? Plus, a message saying- "This user block you because whatever reason they blocked you" wouldn't come up on their screen.

As long as they're not a friend, I really wouldn't care. But that's just my opinion. Some users don't really care if they get blocked by other users, provided that those other users aren't your friends.

But if I added someone to my friend list and they just block me, I'm really sensitive about that kind of stuff.

To be honest, the only reason that someone would block you for "no reason" is if their mouse slipped and accidentally clicked on Block User instead of something else. If a user blocked you, then you must have done something to warrant said block, even if you're not quite aware of why.
