WoW this thread is becoming more and more complex.
Everyone has their own point of view and a differnet situatuion.
Well according to what Riako said i agree it's not easy to hack a password if it's actually hard and provided by a security question but in our life we need to sometimes go to cyber cafe in order to play so what happens is people put their keylogger and what you know our account can easily get slipped by this process and so i supported this suggestion if this gets applied even if someone hacks into our account they can't utilise it to that extent.
This is what i'd like to say 'Yes' to it.
Thank You :)

I highly doubt that it would change anything, to be honest.
What's to stop those who made those fraudulent sites from including "What's your locker pin?"

If they are willing to give out their password, I don't think they'll think twice about giving their pin as well :/

Also, it wouldn't have saved their account either way; his account itself would still have been "hacked" and made inaccessible for them, whether or not their items and PD were stored somewhere else extra...

@Optimus: Although to be honest, the keylogger would also pick up your PIN making its use pointless.
Back to the general topic of this suggestion:
I mean, if you wanted to add extra "protection" to your items, I don't believe that anyone would refrain from putting all of their stuff in the first chance they got. But what difference is that to our account password? It's like putting two locks on a door; both will be broken by any skilled lockpicker, and the original one is strong enough anyway that as long as you don't give out the key you should be safe.

@CliffArmor
You first of all didn't got the point i am not trying to put 2 locks on the same door but i am trying to put one lock but with a safe inside it to protect our precious treasure.
If anyone keen on getting our items can work on hard to get our account pass and the Safe PIN or password, nothing is impossible in this world.
With this Safe we can increase the Protection of our Lovely account.
Assume a situation wherein a user is not a hacker and was guessing your pass and luckily he went into(you thought your password is very strong like *harrypotterseason*) your account and transferred everything to his account. Now you would think if i would had a safe i wouldn't had lost my Items. I believe people also keep a safe to keep their items safe and i also said nothing is impossible, anyone if wants can hack in your pass and PIN and take your stuffs.
Think About It.

You didn't get my point, either. Kinda disproves the notion that I didn't get yours. I'm saying that if someone is able to "hack" your account through actually cracking your password, cracking your PIN won't be that much more of a hassle, therefore being the same lock on your door. Besides, the reason you made this in the first place was because someone got scammed from a "free nuggets" site- easy solution. Simply don't trust any sites like that, if they wanted to actually give you free nuggets they'd just buy it themselves and send them to you as there isn't any tax on nuggets.

I believe increasing protection of some items won't make a much difference. Even i know if a person hacks in your account it wouldn't be a difficult task to hack the safe PIN. But what if it is a "Hit and Trial"-even though you had a strong pass- he/she can simply transfer your items to there account. At that time i think Safe would be of great use only if your account pass and Safe pass are not same *obviously*

That's my point. Any miscreant determined to get at your stuff can use a program to automate password tries and simulate a server response. I wasn't talking about people who made their safe password the same as their account password; what, would the people that use the safe not know exactly why it would exist?

This is getting out of hand. I'm going to lock this. This simply is not needed, like pointed out by quite a few people now, including Riako, CatLady and myself.

PokéHeroes already provides enough security options. It is not our job to give you even more (unneeded) options just because you don't make use of the given ones properly. Set a strong password and don't trust anyone - most certainly not dubious websites offering free nuggets without any hint of being related to the PokéHeroes staff at all.
