Like it was already said, you can view the online list with its useful interaction mode. But the "unreturned favors" and "newest adopt"-lists are useful, too, I guess!
And I'm currently working on a "recommended Pokémon"-feature, that shows you Pokémon/Eggs based on a more complex algorythm. This one will use data from your friendlist, a list of users who have interacted most that day and some other factors that I don't remember.

an Interaction Mode on the user list would be very much helpful. I usually interact with everyone online (on the interaction mode) after I click my own egg.

I agree with this. It would be extremely convenient and would eliminate the need to click "random pokemon" or "random user" to find new eggs to click. it would be a nice option for those of us who want to click a lot. :p

Except for the random Poki button all possibilities now are directed at the users team. But the boxed pokiemon get kinda ignored so it will be hard to lvl them without putting them in my team (which obviously takes away space for new eggs).
So if I want my boxed pokis lvled I'm at the mercy of those that klick through the user list and also look into the boxes. And I think that's just a hand full of users.Or i have to be lucky that my pokemon turn up for others using the random pokemon button.
Sure the random Poki button is cool since it shows also boxed pokemon, but it also brings up pokemon I already interacted with.
Maybe tweak the random poki button a little, so it shows only randomised pokemon I dind't interact with already. And when I'm gone through all existing maybe show a message "There aren't any Pokemon to interact with at the moment. Try again later."
I think that would be really awesome.

Two things I want to clear: First of all, the Random Feature does choose Pokémon from your Party, Boxes, Daycare etc.
This is not based on their position.
And secondly, if you want people to click your Pokémon that are located in boxes, then just click theirs! ;) Since their is a 1:1 clickback rule on the "unreturned favors" page, your Pokémon that are stored in boxes will also appear here!
And as far as I know, many users are using this site to interact.
