Because Pokedex entries go away once you lose the pokemon, boxes are going to fill up pretty quickly, and they seem to get very expensive. It might not be necessary to make them cheaper yet, but its something to consider as users get more pokemon.

Your boxes can take up to 100 Pokémon, which is quite a lot!
To be able to store 500 Pokémon, you need to pay 12,400 PD, if I'm not mistaken.

In my opinion that isn't so much money. And there will be more possibilities to earn more money soon.

Side note: You must forgive Bill, he is a bit greedy for money.
