I don't know if this has been suggested already but I think it would be good if these people who get scammed get compensated for losing something e.g They sent like 100k pd to a certain user and they don't get what they're buying. They could just report the person but wouldn't it be more fair if they get their 100k back? One of the moderators should work to compensate them I think so yeah vote for this. :)

in all honesty this would make most sense, I'm sure it's one of the rules to be fair in trading especially if it's on agreement with one another. If one of the parties does not meet the agreement they should be warned and the trade revoked.

This is not how scams work in real life or on here. What you're suggesting is to add more work onto the staff to "return" what was lost in the scam, which might not be possible in the coding, and if the user has already traded it or used the PD/Nuggets, then there's no way to have it returned, thus forcing Riako to give out "free" PD/Nuggets to replace the ones lost and used up.

In the real world, if you get scammed, and the scammer gets caught, they go to jail, but most of the time you don't get what you lost back. I feel that it's the same on here.

And if you're trading with someone who you feel might not be trustworthy, you can always use the Trusted Trading Thread which the moderators run to prevent scams from happening in the first place.

While this should be a friendly community there is the rule that you trade on your own risk and if you get scammed it is your problem. There is nothing the mods or Riako would do to get back your things. Furthermore there is the Trusted Trading Thread you can use to prevent that. Especially while it is there there doesn't need to be any kind of compensation because if you don't use the most reliable way you don't deserve to get a compensation. I know it sounds bitter.
That is enough for me to not support this but there is still the thing that you mean mods should compensat all the things themself. They are nothing more than normal users with some special licenses to handle specific things. I would be extremly angry if I would gift someone else PD or so because of their own stupidity.
