PLOT

Good and Evil have been in an endless battle since the beginning of time. Now in present day, the heads of both sides have formed a single school in an attempt to overthrow the other. Evil headmaster, Balthazar Morgan, and Good headmistress, Emilia Barkridge as well as countless skilled professors now teach young magic practitioners to control, grow, and amplify their powers to battle in the war between the two sides.

Spencer and Shay walked onto campus side by side, observing their new school.

They walked into the office and saw a middle-aged woman sitting at a desk, typing rapidly at her keyboard. "Find your name on the list over there. It has information on your dorm room and roommate then head to your dorm. We will be having an assembly in one hour." she explained with a thick Jersey accent. Spencer looked down at Shay who looked back up at him and shrugged and did as they were told.

Kaetlynn brushes a lock of black hair out of her face, huffing in annoyance, especially since she'd tied her hair up earlier. Pushing open the door with a brief glance around at the school campus, she notes a pair of students ahead of her. Only two? She raises an eyebrow but makes no comment about it. She had expected to be far behind other students but she makes no comment about it as she heads towards the front desk.

Angelica fixes her hat slightly while looking at the building in front of her,"Oh man... This is gonna be terrible." She shook her head. "Nah. You got this,Angelica. Just gotta make some friends and you will be okay!" She sighed and pulled the door open. "I got this..." She mumbled as she stepped into the building.

Joanne walks onto campus,with her books, wondering how this school life will like. She sees the front desk and talks to the lady there about the dorms and assembly. Joanne ,unknowingly, runs into shay"I am sorry"she said nervously trying to pick up the books she had dropped.

Noticing that somebody else had crashed into one of the first students—the girl—Kaetlynn just shrugs and heads towards the front desk where another is already standing. She joins her, putting on a friendly smile with a hint of mischief, and makes a small wave before turning to the lady. "What should we do?"

Shay knelt down to help Joanne pick up her books. "No, no, you're fine." she said kindly as Spencer walked off without her. After all the books had been picked up, Shay ran after her brother.

Eventually the twims came to the staircases that led upstairs to the dorms.
"This place is huge." Shay commented in awe.
"What'd you expect?" Spencer replied bluntly while picking up the suitcases that held his belongings and slowly walked up the stairs, Shay following behind.

The two stopped as the reached the top of the staircase, Shay walking to the right and Spencer to the left.
"Gender-isolated dorms. Too bad I'm gay, they're not really preventing themselves from hearing something unpleasant." Spencer chuckled causing his twin to yet out a quiet "yuck" while making a face as if she'd bitten into a sour apple.

Marcus walked through the gates observing his new home for a while, his eyes took in every single detail. He smirked. "Who knows how this might turn out." He said under his breath. He stepped into the office and instantly focused on a single boring lady sitting at a desk. Listening to her instructions he quickly scanned the many names on the list and picked his out. After memorizing the information present, Marcus left the building, heading towards the male dorms. He looked around, observing other students as they came onto the campus.

Kaetlynn, upon spotting other students flocking to the list, heads over without waiting for the woman's response. She spots her name near the bottom of the rather long list and wonders who the person she's rooming with is.

Joanne starts to head to the dormitories to find the room and whoever she will be with for the year in the dorm.She had wondered if this school will be different than her last school. Eventually she reaches the stairs and walked up the stairs while holding onto her books.

Angelica glanced around quickly before she noticed the office. She walked inside and looked at the woman at the desk. "Hopefully this is quick." She shrugged slightly. Angelica walked towards the desk.

Ryan completely ignores the other people swarming around him, pushing his bangs out of his face to see the names better. "Marcus North" is his roommate, and he privately hopes that this person isn't loud, or annoying. Or both. Oh dear god if his roommate is both, he'll be surprised if he doesn't kill one of them before the end of the year.

Kaetlynn heads towards her specified dorm room, looking around the hallways. Her green eyes flicker around, memorizing room numbers, what hallways there are, and whether she' supposed to go left or right. Spotting her room, she notices it' she same girl who'd bumped into the other one. She prays that she isn't too clumsy.

Marcus narrowly avoids bumping into countless of male students as he walked down the dorm hallway. Each person was talking quite loudly to their friends about this or that. "All of them are so annoying," He sighs, "Hope this guy I'm rooming with isn't some fool." He eventually found his dorm room after traveling up many flights of stairs and slinking through crowded hallways. "If he is," He said as he opened the door, "I'll make his life living hell." His eyes flashed brightly and the door slammed shut.

"Yeah," Kaetlynn says, tossing her stuff on the open bed. "I kinda knew that already. I'm Kaetlynn Whiteford, which you should know from the list down there." She'd let Cheshire out onto the streets earlier, knowing he'll find his way to her at some point. She didn't really care if the school didn't allow pets.

Ryan heads towards the boys' dormitory, looking around for his room. He adjusts his glasses even though he doesn't need them since he isn't reading, and opens the door just as the door has closed. Let's hope I'm not "some fool", he thinks.

Shay opened the door to her dorm and looks around. "Two beds, two desks, two dressers with six drawers..." she listed aloud as she unpacked her things out of her three suitcased and laying them down on the right side of the room, claiming it as hers and hoping her roommate wouldn't mind.

Spencer walked into his dorm and groaned as rays of lights intruded the room and flashing in his eyes. "We're gonna have to do something about that damn window..." he told himself while taking a black blanket and two sharpened pencils out of his suitcase. He stood opposite of the window, holding up his right hand toward the window below his waist, using his powers to levitate the blanket over the window. He then expanded his left hand in a quick motion at the two pencils that laid motionlessly on the ground causing them to rise, then sharply flicked two fingers in the direction of the levitated blanket. They pierced the blanket and stuck themselves in the wall, causing Spencer to smirk in satisfaction. "Much better."

Marcus had barely put down his bags when he heard the door behind him open. He's young, Marcus observed. I'd say maybe 3 or 4 years younger than me. The kid was pale, with spiky hair and a ponytail. Marcus smirked. Time to see what he is made of. "Hey. Seems like we are going to be rooming with each other for a while." He started. "As long as you don't get in my way we won't have any problems." His eyes glowed briefly. "We wouldn't want anyone to get hurt here, would we?"

Melanie walked up to the campus of her new school, taking in the new energy and different noises of chattering students. She pushed past the doors of the main building and glanced around to find where she was supposed to be that day. At the moment, she couldn't be bothered to make her own "special" kind of impression on any of the other kids who were around. She had been getting a headache, and the amount of noise really wasn't helping. She passed the other kids into the office and found her name and room number with some girl named "Bellatrix". 'At least her name sounds interesting,' she thought as she headed towards the female dorms and past all the whispering and giggling of other girls along the way. She made her way to her dorm and pushed open to doors, happy to see she was the first one there. She chose the bed closest to the window and tossed her backpack onto it, mentally claiming it as hers. She moved onto transferring her clothes into the dressers before her room mate, trying to finish before her room mate arrived.

Bellatrix walked into the office, an excited bounce in her step. It was so nice to be out of her dull little hometown, and it was even more exciting to be in a school full of other people like herself! She quickly checked the list the woman at the desk had directed her to and trounced up the stairs into her room. She opened the door to her new dorm, leaving her suitcases near the door frame and flopping face first onto her bed with a happy sigh. After absorbing the fresh smell of new sheets, she sat up, glancing around the room only to see that her roommate was already there. "Oh hi! So you're my roommate huh? Melanie, right?" She smiled, holding her hand out for a handshake. "I'm Bellatrix, nice to meet you!"

Kauri was much more subtle than Bellatrix, slipping by largely unnoticed and lugging her small suitcases up to her dorm. She stepped into her new living space and pulled her suitcases to the end of her bed, sitting down on the edge of the bed, her skinny fingers twitching with nervous energy. With a sigh, she begrudgingly began unpacking her first suitcase.

Angelica nodded at the woman and looked at the list not to far away from her. "That makes sense..." She chuckled. "Thank you M'lady." She tipped her fedora. "Have a good day!" She walked to the list. "Shannon Adkins... That is a pretty name." She smiled and started to head to her dorm. Giving the woman a wave before stepping out.
