Happy Birthday, PokéHeroes!

PokéHeroes is now officially two years old! :) Two years in which it grew from zero members to almost 50,000! Two years in which over 4 Million Pokémon have been adopted and two years in which our community made over 580 Million interactions!
I still remember the old days of PH, when... (Don't get sentimental now, Riako.)

Many of you have signed up in the first few weeks of PokéHeroes' existance - and you are still loyal trainers! *applaudes* Many of you were part of the great changes that PokéHeroes went through in the last 24 months: The invention of so many new feature, the celebration of 33 Event Distributions and obviously the release of cool Legendaries and Mega Evolutions.
PokéHeroes was a very small child when it was first released - there were only a few places in Emera Town to visit and only about 500 Pokémon to adopt. (Now it's over 1,000!)
I'm really proud to be the daddy of this lovely little website :D

Anyway - I know why you are all here: The celebration of the anniversary and the release of new features & Pokémon! So let's get this party started.

New Legendary Rumble Missions

3 new Rumble Maps are now available!
→ Volcano Cave, the hiding place of the legendary Heatran
→ Hollow Space, the mysterious location where you can battle Palkia
→ Vortex of Time, the habitat of Dialga

All of these Maps can be rarely found in Mystery Boxes.

Emera Square

The Emera Square has been opened for all Trainers of Emera Town!
The Emera Square is a place where you can join different Festivals - like the Bug-Hatching Contest and the Pokémon Beauty Contest!
In these contests, you can play mini games, master small challenges and win some Festival Points for the Prize Exchange!

The Bug-Hatching Contest starts on the 1st of every month and the Beauty Contest on the 14th of every month. More details about these festivals can be found on the Emera Square page. :)

→ Requirement: Trainerlevel 7 or higher

Relicanth & Regigigas

The totally super awesome Pokémon Relicanth has finally been released!
I always thought this Pokémon deserved some kind of super cool obtain method, quest & story - and I finally came up with something awesome!
It's available as a regular *adds sparks* Pokémon at the *drumrolls* LAB!!!
Oh yeah.

... No, seriously. I didn't come up with anything - and I don't want to let it be unreleased forever, that's why it's now available as a regular egg at the lab.

But Relicanth still has a special meaning on PokeHeroes - it is related to Regigigas, which is now also available! Bringing Relicanth and the three Regis together at the Royal Tunnel may unlock something cool... :)

Side-Note: That quest is not yet unlocked. I'm horribly sorry, but I didn't have time to finish it yet - but I will release it until this weekend and announce it in the Minor Updates-Thread, I promise!

Events, Plushies, Mew, Shaymin... and all that stuff
A new Event Distribution starts today as well: The legendary Pokémon Seatran is living underwater and you get the chance to adopt its egg in a brandnew Event Distribution! For over two weeks you have time to fulfill the activity requirement (which is a littler higher this time, since it's a legendary unbreedable Event.)

Mew and the Mew Plushie are normally an Anniversary Event - but since we already had the Rayquaza Plushie Event last month, I will postpone the Mew Event a little, until you can collect some Dream Points again. So prepare for that next month :)

Some users also already asked me about Shaymin. Last year and in 2013, the Shaymin started at the end of July - so try to be a little more patient for that as well ;) It's coming, I promise.


P.S.: Mega Salamence will be released later today. It's 2AM right now and I'm reaaally tired.
