So I know that this was one of the specialties of the Hoenn region, and it was one of the reasons I continued playing for so long: Pokemon contest.
This would include strong, tough, smart, beauty, cool, and cute of course.
It would need more information on each pokemon's information sheet (is that what you call it?). This could also make this game (more complex) like the DS pokemon games with giving each pokemon special moves, as they leveled up.
In addition, it would give the Berry garden even more use, and you could make pokeblocks with people online.
On the pokemon page:
Name of pokemon
lv.
Moves
Attack... etc.

Then you could click on each move and it would bring up two boxes for each move. The first one being what it does in a battle, the second for a contest.

Since I liked them so much I was thinking you could unlock the contest at lv. 8-ish, and it could be an addition to Emera town (even though that's not from Hoenn). It could be a part of the big summer update!!:D

I support the idea of implementing Pokémon Contests in general wholeheartedly!
However, I do think there needs to be slightly more detail on this, as the method used in the official games would obviously not work due to the differences between games and PH. Perhaps clarity on the Talent Round (move appeals) in particular would help, since, currently, we don't have moves?
I might try to contribute a possible method as well, but since you're the one who initially posted this I figured I should post this first rather than basically stealing your thread by changing your own suggestion in ways you don't agree with or something. XD
