im not sure if this has been suggested before but the GTS should have a Trainer level lock like the Wonder Trade and some other features i'm sick and tired of receive garbage offers when i have something good up i had some one offer me a Gastly for an Eevee with a blue orb just a gastly not even mega able just a plain gastly and this would help a lot of users i figure with trades and not have to see any garbage offers i would like to see the GTS only for levels 10+ sorry if this has been recommended

maybe we should add a new type of pokemon interaction like you know surviving groups of team Rocket and you can have allies with you and some prizes wich are to rare toget if you finish everything and you know instead of telling your pokemon what to do you yourself is the POKEMON you know you control the pokemon MOVES,attack and other Stuff:)

...So users shouldn't get trade-evolved pokémon until they're level 10? Or be entirely dependent on the Lab and the Auction House to get new pokémon?

No support for reasons already stated above. If this would be implemented the newest users would have hard time getting trade evolutions.
