Also, just to be sure then the ONLY thing that matters when rumbling is not the type or rarity of the pokemon, BUT the level, right?

Dragon gems cant be found in rumble maps

They can be found in royal tunnel very rarely
They can be found in mystery boxes

Wait, I've been getting dark gems from my level 5 silent forest for a while, so how are dark gems "unobtainable" from rumbling?
