your balance gets removed at the begging of an hour, but you can still start to get eggs during that hour

There' not really any balance for eggs. I can get around 1-3 per hour with different OT, same Pokémon, and different gender.

The balance people are talking about is the amount of money in the daycare. Balance can mean a total of money. For example, if there was 500pd in the daycare, the balance would be 500. According to the guides and the wiki, you shouldn't be able to get eggs when the balance is 0.

It Could happen. It takes 100 pokedollar for Both pokemon for an hour. They still gain exp and may lay eggs in the hour after the deposit is depleted.
