How to adopt legendary Pokémon

Not all legendary Pokémon are obtainable yet. But this guide is to help you finding the available ones.

Kanto:

Available at the lab or the Gem Collector

Just out of curious it's, is it possible to hatch any of those legendaries as shinies by accident? Or is it either 100% chance or 0%?

All Legendaries obtained from the prize exchange (including vouchers) are either 100% shiny or 0%.

The legendary birds are obtained from the lab - so there's the regular chance of a shiny hatch. Same with Lati@s from the tall grass :)

Can you somehow add more Sinnoh legends? The 4th gen legends are the most yet we only have 6

I know it's controversial if Phione is a legendary pokémon or not, but I still think it should be added, because some people count it as a legendary.
Bulbapedia says: Phione's status as a legendary Pokémon is often disputed, with contradiction occurring even between official sources.
This user has a Phione:
There it says it can be adopted in the lab with rare rarity.

Actually, Toothless, it's half-legendary. But this guide is only for full legendaries.

Well, it's possible to breed Manaphy with Phione or Ditto, but that only gets Phione eggs :p Besides that, no other legends are breedable, and they probably just got them from the Prize Exchange and you misread that part o:
