Okay, I had my suspicions for a while about IVs being in place, and apparently that's true (Thanks to Riako's post in a different thread)

So my suggestions are these:
Add a way to see IVs. In the games, this can be calculated, but on here it's a bit harder to do so due to there being no level cap and due to how quickly they gain levels when you first get them. You also don't know what EVs they've had from training with others, which can mess up the IV checking.
So having an item available in the battle shop to check IVs would be neat.

A way to reset EVs. I'm thinking that an item can be added that will reset EVs and allow EV training (properly, because again EVs through interactions can throw this off) There are ways to do this in the actual games (Reset Bag in X and Y, Perilous Soup in X and Y, and certain berries in previous generations)

I know this site is supposed to be based around collecting and training and not battling, but there are times that I'd like to ev train some of my pokémon or get IVs that are similar to their game counterparts (Like, if Speed is their highest IV in-game, and attack is their lowest IV in-game, I'd hate to have the reverse true for on-site), as I do have characters from the games that are soft-resetted for good IVs and that are EV trained. (And for the site, it'd be keep hatching until I get the right one, lol)

I fully support this. I don't really know what EV/IV training is but, I can truly see what you want from this.

ptoung: You can EV train, and IVs are implemented. Your thread isn't detailed, and was what Riako replied to that gave me the idea for this suggestion. So getting upset over it is pointless, because it's built from your suggestion, not the exact same suggestion :/ If anything, you should be proud to see support instead of mad over it.

Edit:
To clarify: This suggestion is a way to find IVs and a way to reset EVs for the EV training stuff.

Please stop saying it's your idea. Navuso's idea is completely different from yours, so you're kind of unfairly taking credit for something that clearly isn't the same thing as yours. He's suggesting a way to see/reset them - you just suggested that they exist to begin with (which was already the case anyway).
I support. ^^ (I already said so in the poll, though. XD)

Bumping this because there's another thread about EV training, kinda. Link

Their suggestion wouldn't be needed if there were a way to reset the EVs ;)

And I'd still love to get a way to see what IVs the pokemon have, lol.
