so,are you tired of scrolling down all the way to find ONE hashtag,well not anymore.there should be the same search as when you click on one,but in an option under community next to userlist

I don't think this is needed, you can search for hashtags already, unless you mean searching for one person's hashtag they put, but then, couldn't you just go onto their profile?

I'm saying sometimes its time consuming to scroll alltheway down to findone has tag,especially if you have to go soon

I wouldn't see much use of this, just bookmark a hashtag, for example:
#Stoni
then in the search for, put the hashtag you wan to search.
No support.
