The PTS or Private Trading System is a system for trading with 1 person privately. The system would let you trade items, pokemon and PD.

FAQ

Q: How would this work?
A: You would get an invite from whoever wants to trade with you and you can accept or deny the request. The user interface would show you what the there is offering and you can request for items by clicking on it. After you have finished you both have to press the ready to trade.

Q: Why would I want to do this?
A: It allows you to trade anything you want to someone without taking along time and can be useful for the pokemon shops on the forums.

Q: what level do you get it at or do you buy something?
A: Not sure. Its up to your opinion on this and see which one wins.

Q: Would it go into the GTS or as a new option?
A: Again its up to you guys on what you think.

Q: What if someone try's to change it just before I accept it and cheat me?
A: If he/she changes it then it notify you and remove his/her ready status.

Suggestions: Something like the X/Y private trading.

I hope you guys will see this usefulness and would want it.

I WANT IT!! Gems my friend were giving me were snatched right out from under my nose by another friend and he would not give them back. He only made a rude comment. So i didnt get the gems. So my friend then decides he promised me some gems, and he was going to give me some gems. So he traded, HIS Azelf to get gems, for ME. ;n; But he shouldn't have had to do that in the first place if the gems were just given to me like they should have. Thank you treybeard, you're such a good friend. ;u;

Well then it wasn't called a trade system then because I searched for trade all over.

Yes this has been suggested and rejected, more than once im pretty sure

Riako pretty much just says, put the persons name in the box and bingo, personal trading lol


And you can already trade PD via a persons profile so no need for that to be added

I searched the best way I could and in the rejected and could not find it..... Also doing that is such a pain. If this gets rejected then that's that.

And furret for you personally, you should have set up the trade. That would have prevented your gems for getting stolen. Just trying to provide a solution for you so that won't happen again.

Well its not in the rules. Or anywhere. he was the one that set it up with no idea. But they were taken, i didnt get them. He is my friend, the one that took them. Shouldnt he have given them to me? Yes, but he didnt. Why has this been rejected? At least you should do it like the GTS and have a way of knowing who they're to if its been decided beforehand. Its not like i knew that. Its not like he nkew that. Heck i hardly even use the GE.

I wish my friend could get his Azelf back. that was SO unfair! Many more people will have this happen, but it shouldnt. Make SOMETHING to let people know WHO they're to!

Um, this has nothing to do with the suggestion so try not to go off topic by ranting.

And since I did some checking this has been suggested before and rejected. Like Riako said, just put someone's name on the trade in GTS. And for gem exchanges always set it up, if you are the one getting the bulk of the gems, to prevent things getting stolen.

But yea, you shouldn't be ranting about personal problems in a suggestion thread. Please take that elsewhere.

Personally, I think this is pretty superfluous. Why? Because you can reject trade offers in the GTS. If you bought something from someone--be it gems, honey, vitamins, etc.--you can put it on a common Pokemon and only accept the trade of whoever bought it. Unless someone tries to use the Auction House, which is dangerous because anyone who bids high enough can get the Pokemon and item.

And Furret, you can put the name of the intended person in the trade's notes, besides rejecting unwanted offers. And it was probably rejected because it's unneeded. Sorry, dear, but even if this hadn't been rejected before I wouldn't support it.

Probably because a mod hasn't noticed this yet. But yes a private trade has been suggested and rejected so there is no real reason to bump this thread.

This is still here? Are you sure it was rejected? And if I become a mod I will close this because its unsupported obviously.

Edit: Also the PD giving charges some tax money.... Where do you think that goes? (suspects Rowan and Daycare man)
