History: When Mira returned home from Alola, Colin became a bit of an apprentice to her since there was no real teacher on Three Island. She took him under her wing and taught him a little bit about pokemon for three days. On the fourth day, he stole Mira's boat with the intent of going out on his own, but got lost and captured by Rocket. He joined Rocket with the promise of learning more than Mira could have ever taught him. Mira looked for him for about two months until the coast guard deemed him dead and recovered her boat.

History: she grew up in New Bark Town and was friends with Smokey. She knew of Tiger but didn't really become friends with him, and Tiger never remembered her. She moved to Kalos when she was four, but came back to New Bark when Tiger disappeared to help find him. After she came back to Kalos, the ultimate weapon was first activated and her parents went missing in the aftermath. She joined Flare to find information about her parents disappearance. She's the only remaining Flare member, and doesn't remember what happened to Flare, she will vaguley remember Tiger.
Other: she and Snow were close friends when she was a partial member of Rocket. Shes more or less friendly when it comes to normal trainers, and is completely against the actions of Rocket and Flare.
