"Touch anything important and I'll stab you between your wings." Lyn says, in warning, before walking off. Laefi takes this moment to step forward. "Michaelikane, Sazilee." She says, dipping her head. "It's is good to see you well." Saz lets her little closed-lipped smile cross her face again. "Laefi, correct? Luci mentioned you, he really like you. Ah, and I suppose you're Ulia? Zia's mentioned you too." Ziu barks, trotting up to the short angel's feet, sitting politely down instead of jumping like she usually does, but she seems reluctant. "Ziu! Oh, you look so well!" Saz exclaims, picking up the ball of red-gold fur. "Your dads say hi! Mals misses you, I can tell, and Luci keeps trying to hint at bringing you back, so obviously he does too." Ziu wags her tail at that, the most excited she's ever been.

Melody smiles at the sweet moment and shuffles as quietly as she can backwards so she was hidden better.Got to admit, the pup is really adorable.She thinks to herself.

"And..." Saz sets Ziu down, pulling a small black draw-string bag out of her pocket. "Luci made it for you, to show you're part of the family." She opens it, pulling out a silver chain necklace. On the end is a flat plate of metal, a bit bigger than a quarter, carved with the words 'You are loved' in beautiful, curling handwriting. Little designs like swirls and shapes decorate around the letters. Saz slips it around Ziu's neck, and the dog barks, turns around in a circle excitedly, and dashes off. "I love that dog." The short angel says, putting her hands in the pockets of her skinny jeans. "Most do." Michael says quietly, still apparently lost in thought.

Melody looks over to see that Margaret had walked over as well.She shifts slightly and hugs to the wall tighter than she had previously.

Saz's amber-orange eyes catch on Melody and Margaret. "Well, I suppose these are two of the humans Lyn's pulled in to try and help?" Saz puts her fingertips together, then twists them apart, and a piece of gum is left hovering between her hands. She pops it into her mouth, unfazed by the idea she just created matter from nothing. "I really wish she'd stop doing that. It's deceiving. Even for me."
Laefi shrugs. "We have to try, no?"

Melody's eyes widen a little as she watched Saz make a piece of gum out of nothing.She mouths how to herself while tilting her head.Then the rest of what Saz says catches up to her."H..How is i..it d..de..deci..deceiving?"

"Well, I suppose they told you that you'd be caring for these... what does Mals call them other than abominations? Magical creatures, that's it. But it's more than that. Once Lyn pulls you into this world, there's no getting out until you're dead. Even that doesn't help sometimes." Saz replies, her voice slightly serious for once. "Unfortunately, all the human I've known that get involved don't last long."

Saz pauses, raising one of her perfectly arched eyebrows. "Seriously? Kid, the Earth is full of things you could be doing other than wasting your life in a pointless war-" "It's not pointless." Michael says, as cold as ever. "Don't you even start, you take orders like some well-trained... dog. Obedient and quiet, but when you can think for yourself everything goes wrong." Saz says, turning on the taller male. "Not everything is wrong." Michael argues, and his coldness changes to something more fiery, more angry. "Michael, God left and the entire universe went wrong! Everything is wrong about this! Angels fighting angels and sacred creatures fighting on the sides of demons-" "Saz enough. Please." Ulia says, and the short angel seems to get back under control, her cool attitude back. "Yeah, whatever." She mutters, and Michael goes back to his silence.
