I think it would be a time saver for a held item filter in the GTS and the auction house.
1. People sell pokemon usually with an item (megastones, maps, etc.)
2. Some people collect those items.
3. there are 1000s of pokemon in the GTS with no option to search for items.

Yes please Bumping this up! I am in search of some particular items!(Which I have found on the Auctions house and GTS) And The only way to see them is thought promoted at the moment I want to search though all items!
