Ok, so you have nuggets and you don't want them, and you can't gift them off.
You should be able to trade in 1 nugget for 10,000 Pokedollar. This is just my suggestion and not many people may agree with me. Have a nice day, night, afternoon, or evening.

This has been suggested and rejected numerous times. E.g. here. If you want pd, just sell nuggets to another user for it. I'm not sure what you mean by can't gift them? You can. The 50 limit is there to prevent multiaccounting being used as a way to earn nuggets.
