Are every single Vivillion patter necessary for the Kalos dex? Including Fancy and Pokeball

I'm guessing Pride isn't as that pattern is Pokeheroes exclusive

Your guesses are correct, you do need all the different patterns (except pride) to fill in the Kalos dex.
