Im in Rowan Quest but it disappear after i claim Resolute Stone. Why?

Resolute Stone wouldn't have shown up if the Rowan Quest was active, so it's possible you had already completed (fail or success) the Rowan Quest before the Resolute Stone showed up.
[Assuming the Resolute Stone wasn't the prize for the Rowan Quest of course]
