This is an issue I've had for a while and I've seen someone else post so I know I'm not the only one.

When I hit log out the confirmation will pop up and even though hitting confirm it will NOT log me out even after MULTIPLE attempts. This just happened again as I was trying to guest my egg on index. I hit log out probably about 10 times, once even popping over to the weather because sometimes that will help but it still would NOT let me log out.

This is on mobile, not sure if that makes a difference or what device the other user was on because their post was a while ago. Again, this has been an issue for quite some time now.

I sometimes face this when multiple tabs are open but that’s probably not the main reason/issue.

This might be a browser/device issue (cache not properly updating/removing info,...), because I managed to log out (on my phone) without any issues, so it's likely not the website.

Do you remain logged in, even after the phone is turned off (and back on)?

Yes I remain logged in and to clarify this doesn't happen EVERY time. It's always at random times and it varies how many times I have to repeat hitting it. Sometimes it works the second time, sometimes like I said if I just switch from index over to the weather it works perfectly. Just this time was way out of control, only reason I finally reported it.

^ I do also have multiple tabs open. Not just in browser in general but also within my main Pokeheroes tab.

I understand that this is very annoying, but I think this is a device/browser issue, not necessarily a PH issue.

I log out instantly in the current tab after clicking 'yes' in the confirmation pop-up, and every PH-tab I visit afterwards automatically refreshes to show I've logged out.

Seems maybe it's more of a mobile issue rather than a browser... But what do I know.

I have reset my cache and updated Chrome so we'll see but the fact it's multiple users on mobile like me...

As I mentioned in my previous post, I've been doing it on my phone as well, without any issues. Which is why I think it might not be a PH-issue.

Chrome, on my phone, logs me out from any active/open PokéHeroes tab without any issues.

Guess this is something I just have to deal with. Like I said, updated browser, cleared cache etc and it just happened again. So it is what it is.
