Introduction Badge Issues

Hii! I’m Astrex, I joined about 5-6 days ago and I’m pretty new here, the community has been mainly really sweet and great and I already have some amazing experiences and this is going to be a site I use a lot :), as well as that I’ve been shiny hunting Espurr (my sweet, sweet little baby)..
Although, I have issues with my badges, I have the others in the first set and not the very first one! I really need that extra bag…
The Introduction Badge
I’ve been struggling with this badge for a few days now, I’ve completely the Professor Rowan tutorial, posted in the ‘Introduce Yourself’ forum and posted in other little game forums and still haven’t received this badge in how the Wikipedia page for the site suggests.
Is there something I’m doing wrong? Somewhere I should specifically post or click on or interact with?
I’m hoping to get this badge somehow but this is being a big issue for me currently.
If anyone can lend me some help that would be much appreciated!
I would really like to obtain this badge soon :)

I know that in the Roleplay section of the Forums doesn't count towards the badge, but I'm unsure of any other subforums or even if that information is correct.
I'm pretty sure you need at least 5 forum posts for it to count. Again, it could take a while to process.

from what I understand, the badge you
get when you post at least once in the introduction section of the
forum. I checked there are it seems like you did post in both the
category and the thread, which means you did everything correctly.
I can't understand why you're not getting it, since you have even
waited over 24 hours.

A New Community badge, is the badge
you get when you post 5 times in the forums and wait 24 hours. For
this badge, posts in the Games and Roleplay sections do not count.

profile!

I just checked the badge sets of some
of the users who recently posted in the Introduction Forum, and it appears that some of them
have not received this badge either.
It could possibly either be because the Tutorial page was deleted, or one of the bugs caused by a clean-up of the site's code

Also, the wiki text was a bit outdated. The description of the badge had been changed a long time now, so I've updated the wiki entry now as well.
