Just one question:

1 - Can I put some of the pokémon, that I go use to evolve for research, in the Daycare to gain level?

As soon as you evolve it, the counter of your research task increases (permanently). Afterwards, you can do whatever you want with the evolved Pokémon :)
Same applies to the hatch tasks. You can release/trade the Pokémon after it has hatched. It will still count for the research task.
