I'm on the interactions part and I just want to know is the amount of interactions needed random? Can I fulfill this portion by using clicklists? Will there be a pop up to stop me from clicking? I'm becoming quite frustrated.

It appears randomly and can be done through clicklists.
Same as with the Shadow Radar, there is a pop-up once you find it.
[you can also compare it to the pop-up you get once you fish up a glowing pokémon; the only difference is the text]
