Uh, I was checking my storage boxes if I have a certain mon and I saw this.......

From what I know, the box is automatically sorted to region, like kanto mons first, ect, ect. But since when this stupid birdy (XD) is kanto? Plus it also says its pokedex number is "#83"!!

That's because Farfetch'd, even from Galar, are still Farfetch'd [#83] for the National Dex.
The Storage Boxes orders them by Dex Number, not by Region necessarily.

But my kanto Dex no 83 is still blank, does frafetchd belong there?

They are still from Galar, so they have Dex number 83 in the Galar Dex.
You don't have a Kanto Farferch'd, so #83 in Kanto is still blank.
