Might be a stupid question but with the rumbling areas how do I level them up. Do I need to use the same Pokémon over and over again, or can I use different Pokémon and it adds up to the same area?

Sorry I probably didn't make it clearer. Doesn't the area % restart If I send different Pokémon.

For example I sent geodude to the beach map and it got %23 then sent meganium and it got %17 will that be %40 clear or just %23 for geodude and %17 for meganium

They're all working together to explore one area, so the percentages get added together. It's not different percentages depending on the pokémon you sent out.
