How to hatch shiny Pokémon? What is the rate hatching shiny in breeding? or If its possible to get shiny in professor rowan labs?

You can shiny hunt using the Pokeradar. This wiki page has more information on it, including the chances of hatching a shiny while using the pokeradar.

You can hatch shinies without the radar as well, but the chances are quite low.
