I have Flower Boy, Groomicott, and Flower Girl. I’m trying to fill my Pokédex, so I need to evolve one Flower Girl, but the wiki says that Flower Girl and Flower Boy need to evolve together, and I don’t want Flower Boy to evolve. Could I not just have Flower Boy hold an Everstone? Will Flower Girl really not evolve if Flower Boy doesn’t evolve? Please answer ASAP.

Please answer. I ran out of time before but now have another chance, but this might be it. I need to know if I should get another Flower Girl or not.

It’s been days. Why is no one answering me? I need help ASAP before there aren’t any more Flower Girl being sold. I need to know if I should buy one or not. It’s probably too late now already. The person who was selling them is probably done by now.

I don't know how exactly it works, so I can't help you. Considering the specifics of the question, it's possible nobody had the problem before or felt the need to test it out.
