How are these two obtained? Can the Azure Flute turn Goodra into Hisuian Goodra, or does the Azure Flute need to be used on Sliggoo so that Hisuian Sliggoo can evolve into Hisuian Goodra? I need to make sure that a regular Goodra can be turned straight into a Hisuian Goodra, and that Sliggoo isn’t the only one from that line that can be transformed, and that I’m right to evolve an extra Goodra and an extra Sliggoo with an Everstone on it to have on hand in case I get two more Azure Flutes.

The Azure Flute can be used directly on a Goodra, you don't need to evolve a Hisuian Sliggoo.
