my shiny combee didn't produce super honey. Is it like there's a chance you'll get super honey from shiny combee, or should it be giving honey allthe time?

It's a chance, not a 100% guarantee.
Also, you should take away the normal Honey as soon as you see it, because it takes a way a possible Super Honey spot.
