Is there any way to obtain these Pokémon other than buying them from someone who already has them? I’ve been on this site pretty much constantly every single day since I joined almost five months ago, and I’ve never seen either of them in the auction house or the GTS, and I really want to complete my Kalos dex.

Both Fancy and Pokéball are a possible prize from either the Berry Battle or the Apricorn Battle. They are recurring events.
