I have looked at some trades in the Global Trade Station, and some people say they want something equivalent to what they are offering, however I don't know what the equivalent would be. Specifically I am looking for 5 dragon gems and 10 flying gems. What would their equivalent in terms of some of the other gems?

That would depend on the Gems offered in exchange. You can use Stonks to figure out the average price of things.
