Hey, okay, ik this is quite a big request but can someone let me borrow 1m for the badge? If this is against rules, please tell me, Ty!

To be fair, you should give the other player the same amount like a bunches of shinies, events, items...etc.. Then both of you can return it so both of you can trust each other.

It's Not fair for one to be holding something valuable so why not two

u should also at least give 50k for lending, cause thats the tax the person needs to pay when sending over the pd
