I tried making a paralyze heal and in my cooking pot and it says my temparature is not high enough . How do I increase my temparature??

You can unlock upgrades on your cooking pot by cooking things. So you'll just have to cook the things your pot can handle and eventually you'll get an upgrade and can cook the paralyze heal.
