I want to breed Milcery soon so that I can unlock the Wheel Of Fortune in the game center. But all of them seem to be female, is there another way to breed them?

All milcery are female but you can use other pokemon in the same egg group as milcer like castform

Pls train my pokemon

Milcery are always female, yes.
You can breed them with another pokémon from the Fairy Egg Group or use a Ditto.
