How long do you have to wait to bump a thread? (Bump, as in "Up" your thread. Um, like after so many days, you can post to put your shop/whatever on the front page of the topic)

I've looked mostly everywhere, but I haven't seen anything about it.

A: I don't have anything against people BUMPing their threads if it's useful.
Please don't overdo it - waiting at least 4 or 5 days would be fair to other thread owners.
