I released my Regirock my mistake can you get another one from ancient cave?

You should be able to get another one by doing the path again. I haven't tried it so I'm not certain, but I think that's how it works.

You can find random Regi-eggs in the Royal Tunnel [Endless Path] once it's unlocked.

You can also recover your Regirock through the recovery tool for some PD (:
