I have bought 1 month premium today. The event Pass that I should have is not there in the event shop. Feeling doubtful, I asked and confirmed that I will receive event pass whether its 1 week, 1 month or 1 year premium. Missing event pass in event shop. Can it be fixed?

I have also bought 1 week premium before twice and got 1 week premium from black Friday this year. No event pass during those times, but my interest was else in the game so I didn't put more thoughts on the matter then and ended up not reporting it during those time.

You don't? You get the ability to pay for Event Passes, but you don't automatically get one if you buy premium ^^'
