I had around 20 magikarp in my fishing box and they DISAPPEARED from the box, ALL the other pokemon are still non-magical but i really do hope they don't end up in leahs belly

Did you do a Rod-Upgrade for 15 Magikarps?

This: There isn't a time limit to adopt them and you can catch as many as you want as they won't disappear.

If you suddenly have a bunch of bait, they might've ended up with Leah.

If only Magikarp were taken out, I highly doubt the Beach did that on its own?
