I have a question, take for example, if I change my username 'Sparks' to other name, so would other person be able to change his username into mine (Sparks)? If not, for how many days?

Your username 'Sparks' is reserved for the duration of the countdown.

If, after 3 months, you don't change your name back into 'Sparks', others can use it.
