After School Vacation 1x1 with YungRover
Forum-Index → Roleplay → Private RP → After School Vacation 1x1 with YungRoverTyphoon grinned again. "Well, I'm flattered."
Behind Remus and Emerald, a Grovyle could be seen peering out. It seemed to be a knight of some fashion, judging by the armour. And below him, was a oddly-coloured Rockruff…all purple and pink, looking like the stars.
“Hey Astrophel…sorry about the brief break but uh…”
The astral-coloured Rockruff simply shook his head. He seemed to be of a mild temperament. “No it’s fine…plus…perhaps we could have some questions too.” He looked at Winter and Luna. “It can’t be a coincidence that odd things were happening up here too around this timeframe of the war…”
The Grovyle nodded. “So much so that we had to be called back here to help fight.”
Winter's ear twitched as he heard the newcomers speak. What strange happenings? He transferred to Typhoon's shoulder, his apprehension growing.
Astrophel looked at the Grovyle. "...but we confirmed they weren't part of the war right? They're not the...Outsiders, if I remember correctly. If that's their name..."
"...that is true...but they were more organised then any other bandit groups in Luminia...yet we still don't know where they came from..." The Grovyle said...
The Grovyle looked back up at the group. "My apologies for not introducing myself sooner." He stepped fully into view and did a small bow. He was wearing some silver armour, namely just a chestplate and a long flowing dark green cape. There was a badge on his chest labelled 'Instructor' as well. "My name is Dalsin. I'm an instructor in the knights of Luminia...namely, I work in training agility.
"And my name is Astrophel!" The Rockruff smiled gently. "I'm just a clairvoyant...which means, I read fortunes, in a sense. We kind of been doing some investigating in Luminia and the neighbouring islands for a while now...it's nice to meet all of you!"
"Or, you know...just Winter." He flushed at being called by such a title.
Dalsin nodded. “Shall we get some tea going? Might as well talk for a little bit as we’re here now…” He wandered into the kitchen. “Oh and Yung’s gone out for a bit, he should be back soon.”
"Tea sounds fine." Luna threw a glance at Winter, who nodded in agreement, not without a glance at his two friends, though.
At that moment, Inori walked in behind the group. “Ah…I made it…”
Astrophel looked up, and looked surprised. “H-huh?”
Dalsin looked around the corner again. “Ah, Miss Inori! And…”
Another Mewtwo was behind Inori. A particularly nervous one at any rate.
"Hiro and Inori." Luna sighed with relief. Now there was actually someone to talk to. She'd barely met Hiro...nor anyone else really. Which was weird. She was rather famous in her home town, but didn't really know too many people even there. Thus was the nature of the elusive Mew, but still.
He would need help. But he wanted to be able to have the force strong enough to break it...otherwise...what can he do if he can't help his own family?
"Ms Luna..." Hiro nodded and bowed, somewhat shyly. He was still the same trembling Mewtwo as always but...he was holding himself more now. He had a more natural stance to him, and it seemed like he was slowly adjusting to a new life.
"Yep! Told you I'd be quick! And I see we have guests too!" Inori smiled at Astrophel, Dalsin, and Remus, who all smiled in return.
"Yep...we were just going to have tea and chat. I should probably make coffee too." Dalsin stated.
"Oh? And who are these?" It wasn't often Luna was left to meet new people. She was normally a pretty quiet pokemon, that many mistook for a shy one. Truth was, she was mostly pretty busy and socially awkward, which...didn't really help when Typhoon was being dragged away. Leaving her with Winter, who wasn't much better
Inori looked at the Astrophel and Dalsin. “Oh, Astrophel’s a clairvoyant, and one of Emerald’s friends…he’s somewhat accurate with his readinfa actually, compared to other people in the field. And Dalsin is an instructor of the knights. He’s a good person.”
"Clairvoyant, hmm?" She paid a glance to the little Rockruff. "Astrology and all that?" Luna, despite her name never really cared for space or zodiac signs or whatever, apart from them being pretty to look at. Besides, there were plenty of psychics who could read the future just fine. Perhaps this rockruff were part psychic? Maybe connected to lunala or solgaleo in some way? He certainly looked like he could be.
"Knight instructor?" Winter had barely heard of such things...apart from when he had been training as an apprentice the only 'instructor' he'd ever really had was Kiro. Perhaps Shimo just ran things differently.
Astrophel tilted his head and shrugged. “My readings aren’t always accurate but…” He said with a light smile. “I mean, I still get some things right despite not being a psychic type, that’s what I like to think anyways. I still have a chance.”
Dalsin crossed his arms lightly. “Yes. I train the soldiers agility, if you will. It’s a long process, but we want our soldiers to be at their peak.” He came out with a pot of coffee and a pot of tea. He went back in for milk, sugar and the like.
Luna grunted. "Hmm? If you say so." She glanced back at where Emerald and Typhoon had disappeared off to.
"Alright. Cheer me up then." He obliged and made his way to the balloon
Emerald leaned in Typhoon... he tried to be...more cuddly then usual. Just being a fluffball and goofball as he encouraged bouncing.
Inori was searching something in her possessions...
Typhoon let himself relax for a moment, cautiously. The darkness was still inside him, he could feel it. At any point it could burst into rage. They aren't here to control you now, you can just fight it off like you always do. Went the rational part of his brain, but he was still slightly paranoid.
Luna was looking in Inori's general direction. She was still the only somewhat familiar face. And she was always more comfortable in the presence of another Mew, or mythic in general.
Emerald gently nuzzled Typhoon. He could sense his godfather trying to repress the forces that acted beneath him…but above all, he wanted to see him smile again. Smile like he did when he came to Luminia for the first time and enjoyed these squishy bubbles and rubbery orbs. He encouraged Typhoon to bounce at any rate, allowing him to sink into the comfortable balloon
