a few seconds ago i went to a forum thread..but all i saw was an animated photo of a small girl with a ragged teddiursa stuffed toy and some ballon in her other hand.i was creeped out and decided to click on her, but then it took me to the main page.
(the forums name was which eeveelution is the overall most popular)

Yeah, that's a randomly occurring event to receive a drifloon. It won't spook you again. :,]

Yeah, it's a one time random event.

It happened to me once and for almost a full day I was confused.

It's apparently known as the Drifloon girl event: At random a driffloon girl will appear with the tab saying '????????'. You can click off that and after a while another random tab will open with the drifloon and it asks if you want to keep it.

I think it's a reference to the 'Scary ghost girls' in most Pokemon games.
