No powerplaying.

Romance is allowed as long as it doesn't become the main focus
Legendaries are allowed however Mewtwo, Suicune, Rayquaza, Deoxys, Keldeo and all Ultra Beasts are have roles in the story, so these ones cannot be taken

Castle of Light - The lord of the skies resides here, ruling over the kingdom with a steady hand. Knights in white armour live here, wearing capes/scarves or various colours which denote their ranking (Of course, that doesn't mean the normal populace aren't allowed to wear capes/scarves.)
Cloud Playground - Children are often escorted by their parents to come here to pass the time, various types of equipment are found here, all made from clouds! The clouds themselves which the playground is on is super bouncy also! There are designated areas to bounce on.
Anthian District - Your shopping area for food, battle items and other amenities are here! All for daily life in Luminia! Everything is affordable and for a good price. Life in the skies should always be affordable. One has to wonder how they get everything in stock though...
Fate Arena - A place to train and get stronger, sometimes winning items or clothing with special properties for yourself! (Oh...and to gamble and win money also but that's not advertised!)
Suburbs - Villagers of all classes live here. No exceptions. Some of the richer residents may have homes in more secluded locations, or even miniature floating islands.
Heavenly Orchard - A great forest with many various berries here, they grow all year round. Residents are given a ticket for every season which allows an entry into the orchard to fill a basket of berries of their choosing. The berries here are often much higher quality than in the shops! And some berries you can't buy in the shops at all!
School of Sorcery – In partnership with the Castle of Light, this school was opened as an option for knights to incorporate magic into your attacks! However…it’s been noted that not many knights have the aptitude for spellcasting and fail to progress to the more advanced magic, and their technique for basic spells is often shoddy. That is natural of course, mana is still an extremely rare trait within pokemon. But it can be trained!
Hope’s Peak – The pinnacle of the heavens, clouds that which can be climbed on, similar to the of the Cloud Playground. It’s said that only those who have gained recognition from the Lord of the Skies can ascend this area…though no one really knows what goes on up there.
Sleipnir Park – The largest and only park in the whole kingdom of Luminia. Located near the suburbs and the Anthian District, citizens often go there to relax, just take a load off, and let time pass by. There were many types of trees that wouldn’t be seen on the ground below. One could say they could be a miracle altogether, a blessing from the skies, as most of them were very unique and vibrant in nature

??? - Mewtwo - A Mewtwo who has lost all his memories. Isn't as savage as one might expect from a Mewtwo but rather is quite kind and timid? Where could he be from? Under protection of Azure and Yung. When near those two, he tries to act more fatherly, oddly enough. They do appreciate the attention though
Tempest - Rayquaza - The Lord of the skies and ruler of Luminia. Leads with a strong and fair hand, and will do all for his kingdom
Azure - Suicune - A lazy Suicune who lives as a simple resident here in Luminia. Is very smart when he applies himself...that is, IF, he applies himself. He gets along with Yung and Emerald as well as the Mewtwo though, acting as a father to them both
Brighton - Keldeo - A visitor from another land. Calls himself 'Bri' Upbeat and cheerful no matter where he goes. Is quite the skilled fighter despite his looks.
Yung - Lucario - A Lucario who arrived by portal one day. He is seemingly one of the residents below the clouds, apparently from an island called Vivaldi. He is quite a friendly individual, though he is wise, having seen much. Residents here are slightly wary of the fact that he came from the ground? But they love his stories about life below regardless. Currently captured.
Emerald - Riolu - A exceptionally cheerful and upbeat Riolu who is the son of Yung. He always tries to put a smile on everyone's faces and is pretty innocent altogether. He's doing his best under his father's footsteps despite his father often telling him he should cut his own path.
Dainn - Gallade - Captain of the Knights who serve under Tempest
Remus - Shiny Zoroark - The shopkeeper who loves to have fun. Takes care of the young ones (Emerald) in his absence.
Summer - Leafeon - The cafe owner. Has a sweet, but forceful temperament.

Other details about your Pokemon: She is missing half of her left paw, and always carries three knives with her, which are secured on a leather belt. There is also a red Z-Crystal on that belt. The bell from her throat has been ripped off, and her eyes are light green.
Personality: Stubborn and observant. She will do what she wants when she wants, not waiting for anyone else. She works alone, mostly from fear of losing the people she knows. She is also truthful, and can't remember the last time she went a week without fighting.

Other details about your Pokemon He's your typical lycanroc, but he changes form depending on the time of day. It's a family trait.
Personality: He's actually quite timid, despite his name meaning 'brave' (he finds it ironic). He's easily spooked, and gets anxious a lot. However, he is respectful, and very thoughtful for those who care about him. If you compliment or insult him, he will never forget. He really doesn't like to hurt others, (makes him feel uncomfortable) and is just very peaceful and playful in general, when he gets the chance to be.
Backstory: He comes from a long time of Median Lycanrocs, Lycanrocs who's form changes depending on the time of day. His parents take a lot of pride in that, and are both esteemed members of the nights who serve Tempest. They put a lot of pressure on him to do well in battling, when he really doesn't want to, out of fear, and also doesn't know what he wants to do with his life. He is a lone wolf so to speak, and doesn't have many friends, which isn't too bad, as he is an ambivert. He does get lonely sometimes. He recently evolved, and is super annoyed that he keeps changing forms depending on the time, though his parents say to be proud of it.
After falling through the portal to the ground, he's became friends with Emerald and Mewtwo. He still doesn't really like fighting, but will if necessary, though he's learned tricks to not hurt the opponent, but to trap then instead, without hurting them much. He's gained a little more confidence with help from his new friends, and he's determined to work with them to get Yung the Lucario back. He's still quite cautious however, and feels he has a lot to learn. He also wants to try building some more confidence by meeting new pokemon.

Other details about your Pokemon/backstory: The ultimate trickster. Mordred is the name used by people to describe the Theivul which goes around the Anthian District to steal things. If something goes missing, a playing card is left marked with a messy Theivul head on it. Visually, Mordred is actually missing an eye and the other is bright crimson. She also has crimson gloves and a grey bandana on with a tear through the side. She lost her eye in a fight some time ago against a guard catching her steal something important to her. Nobody in the general public has been vocal about seeing her for more than a glance. She does live in the same place as everyone else, just in the shady back alley's you have to do some crafty parkour to get to. It's dark and full of rubbish, stinking like a Garbodor. She sleeps there very late, storing all her things in the area. It's so hard to locate, no-one has ever seen it twice.
Personality/backstory: She's very unwilling to work in a team, seeming bitter and angsty. Given her intimidating appearance and mannerisms, people are often scared of her, or want nothing to do with her. She's an outlaw, a criminal; why should they involve themselves, anyways? She's sort of an Urban Myth anyways, uncommonly used as a Fable to get kids to never steal. On her own, she's like a new person. On the job, there's a villain-like smile on her face at all times with her crimson eyes gleaming with want. She'll do anything for the things she wants, maybe even take a life or two. In her mysterious residence, she's tired, and very sad. Being lonely is a thing she's fought about with herself.

Personality: Riah is a bit of a White Knight, but for guys and gals because he’s Bi. He’ll do whatever he can to defend people he has moderate interest in, making swords out of his green-yellow coloured electricity to fight. He’s pretty cocky and friendly, so he quickly loses interest in some things.

While this Sylveon's fur remains pink, the blue markings have been replaced with their equivalent in red. She has bright, red eyes to match. Wears a crimson ribbon with a silver bell around her neck.
Personality: Whenever life is easy and nothing is going on? Cinnai acts like your typical, lazy housecat. When something exciting happens? Oddly enough, she becomes more animated, honestly acting more like an excitable dog.
