Sign Ups

5 days after the war began, the poor and rich kingdom had been renamed into the city of Telmar. 3 days after the day nicknamed "The Day the Thunderbirds Fell", the Telmarian Counsel was founded and under their rule, poverty and starvation in the kingdom disappeared. Under the command of Gwen and Blossom, the kingdom now has a functioning army and squadron on medics. But things aren't perfect, even after 5 years of healing. The scars of the past run deep. Violence among former poor kingdom residents and rich kingdom residents has all but died down over the years. And things will only get worse, as a dark presence is growing deep in the city of Telmar


*It has been 5 years since the Battle of Kingdoms ended and the city of Telmar began to prepare for its annual day of remembering those who gave their lives to defend the kingdom from Talla and her army of Cloaks. The sky was sunny with not a cloud in site. Children ran through the streets joyfully as their parents worked on preparing the city.*

Luke is walking around. He sees as the children are off playing and then sighs, remembering how his parents were taken away. He stands around watching them as they happily run around. He had grown a lot from when the war ended. He continues walking, wanting to maybe visit somewhere he hasn’t been for a long while. He re-adjusts his glasses as he walks around Telmar. He is glad that everything is back.

Barry is walking around, not really wanting to talk to people at the time. He sighs a bit and looks down. He know he probably shouldn’t do it, but he heads for the forest anyway, trying to clear his mind.

Zinx still hadn’t fully recovered from the events 5 years ago. He remembered feeling completely useless, unable to do anything to protect either of the kingdoms or even his own home. Well... all that was in the past now. He lived a new life here, living just like everyone else. He knew no one had recognized him yet, which was a relief. If anyone knew who he was, it wouldn’t end well... He sat up in his little bed, looking out of the window to see how today was.

Honey was excited for the event, it was a lot of fun. She didn’t exactly remember what happened 5 years ago, but she knew it was bad. She walked outside and began helping others prepare, since she didn’t really feel like she had a set role herself

Gwen does her morning ride around the outskirts of the kingdom. She leans forward on her horse, squinting her eyes against the harsh wind that stung her eyes as the horse charges forward. Her hair whips around her face, occasionally hitting and stinging her cheeks; but she doesn't really mind. She enjoys this time she can have to herself. She quickly found out that she rarely gets moments to herself. She was usually busy with the council, when she wasn't with the council, she was avoiding Dylan. She will never admit that she is flattered by him. But he was usually too forward with his approaches, a huge turn off to Gwen... Or so she thought, he recently lead a search party for Maddy. She was proud of him for doing that, and a bit excited to have a break from him. Although in his absence, she had found herself missing him. Maybe she did like his forwardness a bit more than she would ever admit... She is extremely proud of her and Blossom's hard work, they had created a very nice kingdom. But Gwen was always prepared for the worse. Good doesn't last forever.

Sage walks around the town, she pauses to watch the children play. A smile crosses over her face as she watches them. This scene reminds her of life in the poor kingdom. They may have been 'poor,' but her residents were happy. She is glad to see that, that remains here today.

Irin pushed his wooden door open, then flinched as he watched it slowly fall over. He sighed, then picked up the door and shoved it into the frame, grumbling about fixing it later. That was an older break, from his training with his weapon. He glanced back at his little settlement, spotting a good chunk missing from his outside wall, also from earlier trainings. He sighed, smiled a little, then put his head in a swivel, watching his back. He seemed nervous, almost like there was another war going on.

*Tani sat on one of the old Warmachines. Not long after the first battle ended, the city banned together to bring some of the Warmachines into the city to protect it from invaders. The ones that were left in the woods had suffered from neglect. They were covered in moss and fallen leaves. Tani heard a wolf call from deep within the woods and clutched the necklace that Maddy gave to her. Tani closed her eyes and whispered to herself* Please Maddy, come back to us. *She opened her eyes and began to tear up* Come back to me

Barry heard the wolf call. Maybe he shouldn’t go into the forest. He starts walking back towards the town. Maybe he could help with decorating. He sighs and then continues walking around aimlessly through the town.

Luke sees Tani on one of the warmachines. He hadn’t seen her for a while and decided to say hi. He knocks on the metal kf the machine and then climbs his way up to the top. He sees her tearing up and takes out a handkerchief. “Everything alright?” he asked and sits down next to her.

“I know.” he said as he looks into the forest as well. “I remember when everyone was fighting over being rich and poor and war broke out. And Talla. She was something...” he said. He knew Tani was most likely talking about Maddy. “I know she’s still out there.” he said, trying to make her feel better.

Barry is walking around near the forest but not exactly in them yet. He sees the warmachine that Tani and Luke were in and tries to hide behind something that could hide him then slowly starts walking away, not wanting to have to explain himself and talk.

Tani looked at Luke* I love you Luke. Dont ever change *A bell rang throughout the valley. Tani lifted her head and looked towards the city then towards Luke* Duty calls. *Tani stood up and jumped off the Warmachine and began to walk towards the cityhall*

Zinx spotted Tani and Luke on the warmachines, sighing as he remembered who they were. He had to be careful around them, they could easily spot him out... He heard the wolf as well, but wasn’t interested in that. The forest and everything in it meant nothing to him now.

“I never will. And I love you too.” he said and smiled. He rubs Tani’s back. He really did love her, as in he had feelings for her. He wouldn’t love anyone else the way he did with her. He sees that Tani had to go. “See you later.” he said as he lays down on his back, his heart beating like mad.

Barry heard this. “Gross.” he said as he continues to try and walk quietly away from what he thought was gonna get weird. He gets to where he is living and sighs as he gets there. He immediately goes to his room.

Irin continued to stroll, looking at different styles of housing, trying to figure out their stories. He remembered his father saying something once. "Everything has a story. Whether it be a tattoo, a building, a rock, an animal.. Or a person." He found himself rubbing his last rib on the right, reminiscing about his family and what it stood for.

Blossom dropped off her daughter a the house then headed toward the cityhall. It felt odd taht how not so long ago there had been a war, now there was peace. But how long would it last? Every war end had a sweet period where everyone agreed not to repeat the horrors of the war only to fall back into an endless loop, it seemed that way anyway.

(Not the right place. This is an RP. Take it to Help)

Gwen reluctantly rides back to the kingdom. She nods her head at a few civilians. Fortunately for her, she rides through mostly unnoticed. People move out her way respectfully, although a few glare at her. She sighs, missing the days when she could ride through the kingdom without worry of running someone over. She heads towards the city hall, not wanting to be late for the meeting

Barry walks around town again and sees Gwen. He wished he had a horse. It wold be so much fun. He didn’t hear any more wolf noises so he went into the forest. It was dark but he didn’t really care. He walked around and sits down at a tree and sighs, closing his eyes.

Gwen smiles and waves at Blossom. She slides off of the horse and ties the reigns at a nearby gate. She walks towards Blossom, a curious look on her face. "I wonder what the meeting will be about today" she says outloud. As far as she knew, the kingdom was thriving and the medics and the army were great. But she has been spending lots of time outside of the kingdom, so she could be mistaken.

Blossom had heard the wolf howl and wondered if it was Maddy, she hoped she was okay.

Emi decided that she was going to go blackcap hunting and surprise Blossom, who worked really hard for not just her, but everyone else as she was one of the concil members. Plucking up her basket she walked to the woods and found a decent patch, she began picking them and spotted another patch a bit farther in.

*Tani walked into town and was greeted by some more than others. She made it to the city hall and saw other council members along with some random people. One of them walked up to her and stuck their hand out* Good day there Miss Tani *Tani was cautious but shook their hand. The person smiled and walked out of the hall. Some of the council guards walked the rest of the random people out. Tani began to wonder why they were there but put it off to take her seat at the council's table.*
